Return Policy Return Period: You may return your merchandise within 30 days of receiving it. Item Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. Worn or washed items will not be accepted for return. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refund Policy Refund Processing: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded to the original payment method within a certain period of time. Refund Time: Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days of the return being confirmed. The exact time it takes to be credited to your account will depend on the policies of your bank or credit card company. Exchange Policy If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please return the item following the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Exceptions For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective item), we will refund and/or replace all related costs.
